Synopsis:

The Soothsayer is the conduit through which supernatural forces from the future seek to take over the innocent mind of the young girl, Josie, and use her to release them in an earthly manifestation of unspeakable evil.

They draw their energy from time, but need to have access to Josie's virgin mind to forge the link between their dying world and ours. In her determination to succeed, the Soothsayer takes control of those closest to Josie and causes the utter destruction of those who resist her will.

The Soothsayer, driven by a maniacal intelligence from the future, places the young child and those closest to her in horrific danger.

'Soothsayer' is a compelling story which pursues the line between both the horror and the supernatural thriller genres.  The battle to escape the mystical power of time and mind control creates a tension and fear that is maintained to the film's chilling climax.
